How we obtain information
We obtain information we need directly from you on your enrollment form or from those you have authorized to provide information to us.

  • Member Information: This includes identifying information such as name, address, phone number, and date of birth.
  • Financial Information: If you choose to provide it to us for current billing purposes, we may obtain the type and the account number of your credit card along with expiration date and security code or the name of your bank and your checking account number. Credit card information is NOT kept on file and memberships will not auto renew.

What we do with the information we obtain
We use information about you for business purposes such as maintaining your membership, and we may also use information about you to offer you other products and services.

Disclosure of information
We do not sell or rent information about you to others; however, we may share it with our contracted affiliated entities only as necessary to maintain your membership or our business operations. Our records are stored in the United States, and PCD is the owner of the information collected on this website.
